Miller's run continues

Following on from last week's story on Simon Miller, we can report that his run has continued. Last Saturday saw yet another winner winning 1st up after coming from another stable. The winner was the Oratorio (AUS) mare Gold Rocks who had formerly been a Karrakatta Plate winner and she was Simon's only runner for the day. Yesterday Simon took 4 runners to the races for 2 winners and he would have been popular as these 2 horses (Power Princess by Marwina & Rosmopolitan by Verglas) both ran favourites.

In an interesting side to what has taken place during his run of luck, Simon's 5 winners from his last 7 runners have all been fillies or mares. Studmasters should make note of that of that point.
